Tilehouse Counselling fundraising dinner success

Tilehouse Counselling provides professional support and counselling to vulnerable young people and adults, throughout the Hitchin and North Hertfordshire area. The charity offers a free service for those aged 13-19 and affordable counselling for adults. Working within The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework, the charity is able to reduce emotional suffering, increase understanding of problems through counselling and ultimately make positive life changes for people. Tilehouse Counselling is funded by grants from charitable trusts. The Shanly foundation was delighted to continue to support the charity and help advertise a fundraising evening at Wrotham Park, where a sum of £48,000 was raised. The money raised will engage an additional counsellor, benefiting a further 70 people over the next year to receive crucial support from Tilehouse Counselling.
