References to "Shanly Foundation" mean Shanly Foundation, a charity registered with the Charity Commission under registration number 1065044, whose registered office address is at Sorbon, Aylesbury End, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9 1LW. Shanly Foundation is a member of the Shanly Group of companies.

While Shanly Foundation endeavours to ensure that the Website is continuously available 24 hours a day, Shanly Foundation shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
